Solar Square’s provision of goods and services, a division of Yangoyo (pty) Ltd, is subject to availability. Yangoyo (pty) Ltd will fully refund the client within 30 days in case of unavailability. Returned goods are subject to a 35% handling fee.

The standard manufacturer’s guarantee applies to all Solar Square-supplied materials. For the guarantees provided by the manufacturers to be fulfilled, the installation must be completed by a certified electrician or licenced installer. If a warranty claim is made, documentation and images of the installation will be needed.

 

Installing products must follow South African legal requirements and the manufacturer’s instructions. According to SANS guidelines, electrical items must be installed by a competent expert and have the appropriate COC (certificate of compliance).
If this is not followed, no warranty claims will be accepted, and verification could be needed.
Before dispatch, payment for the requested goods or products must be received and processed via our bank account.

Prices are provided on the current day exchange rate where appropriate, and negative changes in the currency rate may cause prices to rise. We retain the right to charge any variations to the client’s account until we obtain full payment and the customer agrees to pay for such fluctuations as and when they arise. Before making any payments, the client must confirm that there haven’t been any pricing adjustments.
